For the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of helping individuals improve their mental health through goal-focused collaboration. As a Psychotherapist, I endeavor to use my skills, and the knowledge I continue to acquire to help people lead more satisfying lives. My services address challenges such as anxiety, depression and mood disorders, couple and family issues, high-performance sport, student issues, career planning, self-esteem, issues related to racialization and discrimination, stress, trauma, codependency, insomnia and sleep challenges, immigrant, refugee, and Indigenous mental health.
