Our therapists work with compassion and cultural humility, collaborating on goals. With anxious and depressed clients, we draw from CBT/Mindfulness. With eating issues, the focus is emotions that have gone underground. Systemic, attachment focused and EFT methods are used with relationship issues as well as teaching boundaries, assertiveness, communication.

Providing group supervision for professionals and graduate students. Current groups that may have space are varied. Currently Wednesday 12:30 to 2:30. Eating Disorders Consultation and Supervision

Hosted by

This is a consultation group for therapists working with clients with disordered eating and body image. It takes place one per month and counts towards supervision requirements for members of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. It takes place online on Monday evenings once per month.
