About
My ideal client is someone who has taken that courageous first step and admitted they need help. They may be struggling with addiction, stress, anxiety, depression or even just the pressures of everyday life, seeking better work-life balance. They are seeking a compassionate, empathetic listener, someone who can work with them to improve their life and help them learn new skills to lead a more enriched and fulfilling life.
I offer a safe, reassuring space to talk openly and honestly about your issues. My approach is integrationist in that I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques to treat my clients. Together we will decide what approach will best suit their needs. I am trained in CBT, DBT and Narrative Therapy to help a variety of issues.
Balance. Life is all about balance. Too much or too little of anything can be problematic, especially in our physical and mental health. If you find yourself out of balance and seeking a greater connection in your emotional well being, please contact me for a free initial consultation to see how I can help you.
