As a person in pain with decades of lived experience, I have experienced transformations and I can help you move toward a more meaningful lifestyle. I practice therapeutic techniques including Polyvagal Therapy (PVT) focused on bridging neuroscience and psychology. Targeted interventions are aimed to regulate and optimize the different nervous system pathways. The therapeutic goal is to help healing by developing a sense of safety, resilience, and connection. I am also Safe and Sound Protocol certified.
