My approach reflects the importance of attachment-caregiver relationships and considers the effects of past and current trauma experiences. My team members provide a range of treatment options including Gottman Method Couples therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), and Perinatal Mental Health support.
