I also offer specialized support for caregivers and children/adolescents in the foster care and adoption community.
My approach reflects the importance of attachment-caregiver relationships and considers the effects of past and current trauma experiences. I enjoy working with you to find elements of therapy that will be impactful and meaningful, with intentional focus on safety and feeling understood.
My team members provide a range of treatment options as well including Gottman Method Couples therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Trauma-informed treatment, and Perinatal Mental Health support.
