A little about me.. I have earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of British Columbia, here in the Okanagan. My specific approach is applying a Solution Focused modality while integrating Emotion-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in order to maximize the effectiveness of our time together.
I will help you to identify your goals even if you are unsure of them at this moment in time, help you to unpack whatever is weighing heavy on you, and work with you to develop successful strategies to apply in your day-to-day life.
