- -Booking in late August- - Starting counselling can be an intimidating process. My priority is to make this experience less overwhelming by being transparent about the process, helping you identify the challenges you're currently facing, making goals, and creating a plan for change that you are comfortable with. I have a special interest in working with perinatal clients who are trying to conceive, experiencing pregnancy and going through the major life changes of the post postpartum period. However, I am happy to help anyone going through life challenges. You do not need to be in the perinatal period to benefit from my support.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, I take a client-centered approach to our work together; you are the expert in your life. This means that your personal experience is our starting point and together we can build awareness about what has lead you to where you are now and make change.
I want to support you in moving forward with your decision to get help, make meaningful change in your life, and most importantly to feel better. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to explore the possibility of starting counselling.
