Welcome! I am Registered Clinical Counsellor who is passionate about supporting clients in three main areas: disordered eating/eating disorders, Neurodivergence (Autism & ADHD), and perinatal mental health.
I support clients in learning how to open their awareness to and liberate themselves from the negative impacts of deeply ingrained behavioural patterns, cultural ideas of beauty and worthiness, deep-rooted emotions, past traumas, and false beliefs about themselves, so that they can find their strengths and come to know and trust themselves.
Having recovered from an eating disorder myself, as well as exploring the likelihood of my own Neurodivergence, I have lived experience that allows me to connect with clients deeply and authentically. I will work with you to co-create a non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, safe, supported, understood, and celebrated.
