About
At the core of my practice is the belief in the inherent strength and worthiness of all people. I work to create an environment absolutely free of judgement, where each person is respected and valued as an individual. I am a strong advocate for normalizing therapy and mental health care. I believe in a strengths focused approach and utilize evidence-based therapies. I integrate my experiences with substance abuse, family violence and loss into helping my clients find success through troubled times. As such, I am passionate about working with couples and families in particular.
I offer a no-charge 15 minute phone consultation for new clients to discuss your needs. If you are considering counselling, please reach out via telephone or email and I will be happy to talk with you further. Online booking is also available through the office website.
