If you have found yourself here, take a breath. Your are not alone. I've struggled at times in life with mental health challenges such as anxiety and relational challenges with my partner. I am also a stepparent and know the love and complexities a blended family can bring. I'm a therapist experienced working with couples struggling and those proactively trying to find deeper connection. I am the mental health expert for badge of life Canada and help first responders and their partners through the challenges a life of service can bring. I work with individuals and couples. I work through the gold standard for couples therapy which is knows as Emotionally Focused Therapy. I also practice Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and have completed the EFT externship with ICEEFT. This training allows me to provide evidence-based interventions to couples and individuals online or in person. I am also informed in sex therapy
