I'm experienced working with couples struggling with intimacy and those proactively trying to find deeper connection. I have worked extensively with first responders and their partners through the challenges a life of service can bring. I help extinguish the shame to help you move towards your goals. I work through the gold standard for couples therapy which is knows as Emotionally Focused Therapy. I also practice Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and have completed the EFT externship with ICEEFT. This training allows me to provide evidence-based interventions to couples and individuals online or in person. I am also informed in sex therapy.
