Hi, I’m Courtenay, a Counsellor and ADHD Coach who helps adults, parents, and professionals understand their ADHD and learn practical ways to manage it. If you’re tired of feeling stuck, scattered, or overwhelmed, I can help you find clarity, direction, and confidence.
After being diagnosed, alongside my teenage son, I saw how life-changing it is to finally understand what’s been getting in the way. My goal is to help you do the same through making sense of your challenges, buildings strategies that actually work, and create lasting change in your life.
Counselling modalities used are CBT and IFS.
I offer one-on-one counselling and coaching for people wanting to address their ADHD challenges and work through their thoughts and emotions holding them back. My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, and focused on you, helping you improve focus, follow-through, and emotional regulation while strengthening your sense of self.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s work together to help you understand your brain, build tools that fit your life, and move forward with confidence, clarity and more calm in your life.
