I am a registered clinical social worker / psychotherapist providing mental health and trauma / PTSD therapy services. I am EMDR certified and also draw from a wide range of therapeutic approaches based on the client's needs.
In addition to working with trauma, including simple and complex PTSD, operational stress injuries, clients often seek treatment for anxiety/panic disorders, depression, difficult life transitions, stress, loss and grief, negative coping patterns, addiction concerns, relationship conflicts, domestic abuse, plus many other issues.
I provide a confidential, respectful, and supportive environment for you to discuss your concerns and feelings and will work collaboratively with you to meet your goals. I specialize in work with individuals, military members, veterans, and RCMP. I offer evening and weekend appointments.
