Since I co-founded FeelBetterNow Psychotherapy & Counselling, my team and I have provided support to people from different religions, cultures and lifestyles struggling with a variety of mental health issues.
Raised and educated in North America, I have extensive experience with anxiety-based disorders and family interrelationships, specializing in marital and parenting issues. I feel building a close rapport with my clients is the gateway to helping them through their emotional journey.
Using a strengths-based perspective, I help my client’s find their voice, feel more empowered and uncover the resources they can draw upon to move forward to find the best fit and toolkit for them. I offer clinical supervision to practicum students, as well as Qualifying practitioners. My practice has achieved independent status; I have completed 40 hours of clinical supervision training and meet CRPO Clinical Supervisor standards. I have experience in CBT, EFT, SFT and IPT. I provide Clinical supervision through Zoom which can be booked after a consultation & signing a Clinical Supervision Agreement.
