I work from an attachment based model to provide clinical social work services to families and children. I lean on the principles found in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy and apply an integrative practice to meet the needs of my clients. Creativity is so important to healing, so I incorporate play and art into our times together.
