Brown Counselling and Therapy Services is a team of qualified therapists who are passionate about working alongside you to provide the tools and support to help you navigate through life's ups and downs. I hold a Master in Education degree, with a concentration in Counselling, and specialize in the treatment of teenagers and adults. I work with individuals experiencing depression, stress, relationship issues, family related issues, and work related issues, as well as individuals experiencing crisis, suicidal ideation, and trauma.
I am passionate about supporting clients in their relationships and improving interpersonal communication, whether it is with a partner or spouse, child or parent, friendships, work relationships, or even your relationship with yourself. Relationships are not only a necessary part of life but they can also add to its enrichment.
As a therapist at Brown Counselling, it is important to me that I approach my sessions from a place of compassion that creates an open, non-judgmental environment for my clients. The focus of my work is to remain client centered and to move in accordance with the clients’ strengths and needs in order to support them in meeting their identified goals.
