I work primarily with couples from every age, stage, and orientation, to improve friendship and intimacy. I work together with you both to help you create or restore a deeper connection, manage conflict in healthy, positive ways, support your and your partner's hopes for the future, and improve your sex life. I also lead workshops for committed couples to spark connection, enhance intimacy, and move from good to great in a safe and confidential setting. I believe that we can ALL benefit from re-igniting our most important relationship. I also see individuals for a variety of issues.
I have been a registered psychologist since 1994, an ICF certified coach since 2010, and a Certified Gottman Therapist since 2020. I see all of my work, with couples as well as individuals, as helping people to build better relationships, with self and others.
I have been deliciously married for 30 years and have co-navigated raising two multifaceted children. I welcome new clients to come and discover, in a safe and supportive setting, how to create a fabulous life, and the outrageous benefits of more friendship, trust, commitment, romance and zest in your relationships.
