I hold a graduate degree from McGill University and bring 10 years’ experience to our work. My practice is trauma-informed and focuses on the Gottman Method, attachment, and sexual intimacy. I help couples navigate: recurring conflict & communication breakdowns, healing infidelity & rebuilding trust, marriage counselling, life changes and ADHD in couples.
