I work specifically with women (teens and adults). My one-on-one approach offers deep emotional support and a safe space to explore your challenges and hopes. Many of my clients are successful and vibrant externally (professionals, students, mothers) but they face some deeper internal challenges. Perhaps it is hard to understand why this issue persists despite your ability to manage so well in other areas of your life. I will support you to live the life you envisioned for yourself, free from unnecessary emotional difficulties.
I work with issues such as dissatisfying relationships or dating trouble, healing after a breakup, anxiety and depression, body image and food issues, difficult friendships, decision making, burnout, sexual assault, abortion or pregnancy loss, boundary setting, bi-cultural identities, and spirituality.
A special note for youth (ages 13+) (and parents/guardians of daughters): I give my youth clients a platform to step into adulthood. I work with young women to help develop a strong sense and trust in their own intuition. I support youth to combat negative social messages, set boundaries, make healthy life choices, and find confidence in their voice.
