Together, we can clarify your values and what you're looking for in a partner, address communication barriers and re-establish connection in your relationships, use insight and compassion to disrupt patterns that may no longer be serving you, or help you come to terms with a devastating heartbreak. We can access your strengths to help you embark on exciting new life chapters that might feel overwhelming at first, such as starting college/university, a new career, getting married, entering parenthood, adjusting to retirement or an empty nest.
We can help you navigate the tasks of mourning after the death of a loved one, which include processing the pain of the grief, and finding a way to honor what you have lost, as you move forward in life. I recognize the courage that it takes to seek support, and am committed to fostering a safe and nurturing environment in which we can collaborate.
I am also passionate about supporting caregivers and those in the helping professions. I take a preventative approach to caregiver burnout by providing individuals with a safe space to debrief stressful incidents, and by offering individuals a chance to explore self-care strategies, including the use of emotional boundaries.
