I have a specialization in trauma, loss, and grief with a special focus on sexual assault, domestic violence, and child sexual abuse. I provide self-esteem, mental health, and family counselling.
An awareness of trauma informed care is important to my work. No matter how major or minor your traumatic experience has been, counselling can provide the opportunity to work through difficult experiences in a supportive manner.
