I am passionate about approaching therapy in a way that honours the spiritual dimension of my clients' lives.
My approach is rooted in the Relational Spirituality Model, an evidence-based model that has proven effective in enabling clients to explore their desires for meaning, identity, and connection. As its name suggests, the RSM also provides an accessible framework for me to express my commitment to take seriously the spiritual aspects of clients' experiences.
