As a Registered Psychotherapist, I strive to help you increase your awareness of what’s causing difficulties in your life and help you make changes to reach your goals. I believe people are the experts in their own lives and I can help as a guide on your therapy journey. I approach my work with empathy, non-judgement and collaboration.
I take a trauma-informed and integrative approach that is grounded in the evidence based treatments of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I have experience supporting people with concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), eating disorders, insomnia, chronic pain, self-esteem, and stress.
I tailor my approach to meet you where you’re at as I recognize that individual’s experiences and needs are unique. In sessions we will work collaboratively to recognize barriers, set goals, and learn skills/strategies to help you move forward. I offer virtual therapy across Ontario.
