I work with adults who are in transition, personal and/or professional. I've supported women who have experienced abuse in relationships and are rebuilding their lives. And many people who have experienced losses and who are struggling with grief.
I am a registered social worker and have worked with, and supported people for many decades. I have worked in different cultures, with groups and individuals. I have learned that everyone has ups and downs, struggles and triumphs.I am honored to walk alongside you in your journey to being the best you can be!
