Re-Authoring Anxiety

This fully virtual 7-week program is available to anyone 18+ in Ontario, offering a unique blend of narrative therapy, parts work, somatic practices, and mindfulness to help you change your relationship with anxiety. Each one-on-one session is 1.5 hours, with the final session being 2 hours to allow for deeper reflection and future planning. Between sessions, you’ll be invited to engage in guided journal prompts to reinforce the emotional shifts you're making in therapy. Sessions are held with Brianna Carrasco-Bonilla, a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist and Master’s Level Therapist Intern.
