Welcoming new clients. Often, clients come to me experiencing trouble in relationships, struggling to manage emotions, dissociation, and hypervigilance (stuck in fight or flight) due to complex trauma. As a therapist and a complex trauma survivor, I know what it's like to try to cope in a world that feels unsafe and chaotic while everyone else goes about their daily lives. You may feel alone in the hardship that you face. I offer compassionate, down-to-earth sessions where you can share your experiences, gain insights, and learn somatic tools to help calm your nervous system. You don't have to do this alone anymore.
Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, we can go at a pace that works for you to start to create a sense of safety and stability. I'll be there to support you through painful waves of trauma responses. I'll help you find realistic coping tools, process the emotional pain of your trauma, and tend to the anxiety and old wounds that may be surfacing.
