Individual Counselling for Adults. I take a collaborative approach with a holistic lens and utilize EMDR therapy where appropriate. I tend to be solution focused (which professionals/frontline workers I work with appreciate). Tools, strategies, & next steps are anticipated takeaways from our sessions; yet I will also hold space for releasing through words.
I create a safe space for all cultures including the queer community. I have a particular passion for supporting the healing journeys of Indigenous people.
