My approach is eclectic and is founded in Cognitive Behavioral ideology with a person-centered approach. I use a variety of therapies, CBT, ACT, REBT, DBT, Gottman method, solution focused, and strength based therapies, as well as a variety of techniques to help you with your therapeutic goals.
I completed my masters in counselling psychology in 2024, am a mother of 3, and draw on extensive life experiences (be it my own or close family members and friends) with anxiety, couples issues, parenting, depression, addiction, sexual trauma, abuse, and others, to not only help you but also provide an understanding of what you are going through.
