Hello, my name is Cori! I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse Living in Rural Manitoba. I am a city girl turned Country, therefore I can relate to people from all walks of life. I have spent many years working in acute psychiatry, with various roles. Most of my experience has been with adults suffering with Anxiety and or Depression.

I use evidence based therapy and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Strength Based , Person Focused. I can assist with coping skills, grief, separation/divorce, self-esteem, parenting, life transitions, and acceptance. I love people and hearing their stories.

I have been described by previous clients as compassionate, empathetic, and down to earth. I believe we are all one bad day from needing extra support and I hope to be that person for you.
