I tailor my person-centred approach to meet your needs, using evidence-based modalities such as emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and narrative therapy. My role is to create an empathetic, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
