I am a registered Psychotherapist and Arts therapist, specializing in ANXIETY & DEPRESSION, offering CBT, mindfulness, Solution focused therapy for adults, kids, and teens challenged with anxiousness, fears, emotion regulation, parenting concerns, divorce, self esteem, illness, grief and loss. Creative therapies are facilitated in tandem with talk based psychotherapy utilizing CBT and mindfulness, incorporating visualization, art, music, play, writing and movement. I encourage a deeper connection and balance between mind and body promoting self-awareness and well being.
