Hello, I’m Helen Hofer, a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling and a trauma-informed therapist in private practice. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking meaningful and lasting change.
I specialize in grief and loss, and I also support clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in an understanding of how early experiences and life events can shape emotional patterns, beliefs, and relationships.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) alongside EMDR, hypnotherapy, and other therapeutic approaches.
I offer trauma-informed therapy using CBT, EMDR, and hypnotherapy to help individuals, couples, and families heal from grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach supports lasting change, emotional balance, and deeper self-understanding in a safe, compassionate space.
