In my work I support a wide variety of people with ranging needs, including those struggling with anxiety, dissociation, sex and sexuality concerns, relationship difficulties, gender dysphoria, and trauma.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning I integrate elements from various counselling theories, and work from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens. I have a speciality working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, but have experience working with many other communities. I have received training in Trans and non-binary health and work under WPATH standards.

I understand that sharing your personal experiences with others can feel big and intimidating. I promise to provide you with a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space where you can work at your own pace and fully be yourself.
