I have extensive experience working with individuals and families on issues including; attachment, anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, selective mutism, trauma, and ADHD. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to your needs such as; CBT, Narrative, Circle of Security, Emotion Focused, ACT, Safe and Sound Protocol and Brainspotting.
