Maybe you struggle with negative self-talk, setting boundaries, and expressing your needs. You may feel confused and stuck, not knowing how to have the relationships you crave. Working through these challenges is my specialty, within a warm space where both laughter and tears are welcome. I love supporting folk on their journey to authenticity, contentment, and confidence, and doing so with a socially conscious approach.
At Seaglass Psychology, I can help heal your relationship with yourself and others, and the way these have been shaped by past experiences, anxiety, and low self-worth. I will try to build a great relationship with you, to help us create new ways to cope, find your agency, and feel empowered.
I work from a feminist, multicultural, and intersectional perspective, with adults of all backgrounds. However you identify, I aim to make the space I work in affirming for all people.
