Working with me you’ll begin to discover your unique sense of self that will help you navigate life's challenges with grounded confidence. I combine evidence-based interventions to help you build a personal 'tool kit' to approach your mental health needs on a regular basis. Overall, my clients notice an increase in psychological resiliency; an increase in confidence and self-direction; and a decreased desire to please others in a way that they lose themselves in the process.
I situate myself within a trauma-informed, Person-Centered framework; and draw upon a handful of evidence based approaches tailored to best fit my clients' acute needs. I believe we all have a unique and instinctual desire for personal growth and fulfillment, and our sessions will help you uncover and strengthen your path forward.
