In her practice, she specializes in integrating approaches such as CBT/DBT, Play Therapy, Person-centered therapy, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness. She is certified as an ADHD professional and a Play Therapist Intern. She has completed both EMDR Basic Training and EMDR Parent, Child & Attachment Specialist Intensive Certificate Program.
