I am certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I work with adults and offer both online therapy and walking sessions in the Hamilton area. I provide a range of therapeutic services for those who are dealing with low mood and low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, OCD, psychosis, substance use problems and relationship difficulties.
My approach as a therapist is collaborative and exploratory, with a deep respect for the unique experiences and insight that each individual brings.
