In our post-COVID world, addictions and traumas have become increasingly prevalent. During COVID, traumas and past fears seem to have been activated and often the result is an addiction–sometimes to a substance like alcohol or drugs, or sometimes to a behaviour like gambling or working too hard. It seems like life has become more difficult, however by changing some habits, life can improve.
My specialties are addictions and trauma. I believe that both can be overcome by changing habits, by replacing bad habits with good habits. Habits are used by virtually everyone and everyone has the capacity to change habits. Guidance can sometimes help.
