My name is Adrienne & I lead our comprehensive team of registered social workers and psychotherapists. We are an inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming, 2SLGBTIA+-competent & multi-allied psychotherapy practice offering counselling to individuals of all ages from 6 years and older, couples, relationships, families and elders. In therapy, we will non-judgmentally work towards practical solutions that make your life better in tangible ways. Our goals for you are long-term healing & growth, so you can live a fuller life.
With our kind and well trained therapists, you can learn practical tools to use right away in your everyday life to feel more balanced and in control. We can support all areas of your life- including sexual & gender themes. Therapy will be focused on your needs and experiences and may draw from EFCT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and many other approaches.
