Most of our stresses are created by the pulling between two opposite ends. One end is need, responsibility, change, family, work, relationships etc. The other end is want, calm, fun, consistency etc. My work is focused on how to walk in the middle of these two ends and still have a life full of meaning. My practice is providing a safe and supportive environment, focusing on the here and now and strengthening self-awareness.
