Hi, my name is Ariette and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Complete Balance - North York. If you or your teen are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or social pressures, if you're navigating work or relationship challenges, or if you're a couple looking to communicate better and handle conflict more smoothly—I’m here to help. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s weighing on you and find the tools to feel more grounded, connected, and resilient. No matter where you are in life, we’ll work together to help you feel balanced and in control of your emotions and relationships.
As an adult child of Chinese-Canadian immigrants and an EFT therapist, I offer a culturally compassionate and relational approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and free to be yourself. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process—you're the expert on your life, and I’m here to help guide the way.
