Hello and thank you for reading! We are a group of healers working in uptown Fredericton. Comfort Counselling & Wellness currently has a 6 person team of a Registered Social Worker, 4 Licensed Counselling Therapists and a Reiki Master. We all have Master level education and are committed to helping our clients while providing empathy, understanding and validation.
We work with clients will all sorts of concerns ranging from anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, personality disorders, couples counselling, trauma therapy, sexual disorders and more. Our social worker focuses on seeing children ages 5 and up. We use a variety of different therapeutic approaches to meet out clients' needs.
We take an integrative approach to therapy. The first session is spent with us getting to know each other and for us to understand what you are looking to gain from therapy. Then together we will discuss the things you believe you need help with and choose an approach that works for us. We believe in drawing from multiple different types of therapies.
