I have been a social worker in a clinical setting for over 20 years. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, parents and individuals. I have extensive experience in working with children/adolescents/adults experiencing mental health concerns (Anxiety, Depression), ADHD, suicidal thoughts, grief and loss, abuse concerns, supporting children/parents in adjusting to parental divorce, and parent-teen conflict.
I have Level 2 certification in CBT, Level 2 in DBT as well as Level 2 in Motivational Interviewing. I also have extensive training in working with people who have experienced trauma, abuse and mental health concerns. I am solution focused.
