Life's journey is filled with twists, turns and challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused or stuck. I am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment and at your own pace. Whether you have suffered trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, grief or loss, self-esteem challenges, relationships, or even life transitions, I am here to help you navigate and support you on your path to healing. I will be with you as you travel through the uncomfortable emotions and help uncover your strengths.
I work from an attachment based and emotion focused lens. I am particularly passionate about working with youth and adults who use self-harm as a coping strategy and helping them move toward ways to manage their distress, while exploring and validating their experiences.
I have a neuro-diversity affirming practice which means I will help you find the strengths about yourself and accept yourself, instead of focusing on the things you have been told you need to change.
