About
Are you or someone you are caring for facing changes related to aging that are causing you stress? These life transitions can include changes to health: physical decline and cognition(ie stroke, head injury). Coping with age related difficulties can lead to loss of independence and feelings of anxiety and depression. If you are a caregiver/partner, you may be experiencing extreme burden or burn out and feel unsupported and isolated. It can be difficult to determine what community supports are available, how to plan for the future or what to consider when moving from home to retirement living or a long term care home.
I have personally and professionally supported persons and their families who are affected by declining physical and emotional health. We can mutually work together to find ways that will lessen your stress, restore your sense of confidence and well-being. As your strong guide and advocate, I will assist you to navigate the uncertainties of your future.
As I hear your challenges, I aspire to empathically walk alongside you to manage challenges you are facing. Taking the first step to reach out can be difficult, but this decision may provide you with a sense of relief and confidence. To determine if my services would be a good fit for you, I am willing to offer you a free consult by telephone or video.
