When life doesn’t seem to be going according to plan we can be left feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure of what step to take next. It is my belief however that we each have within us all we need to succeed and thrive in our lives, sometimes it just gets buried under all of our “stuff” and we could use a hand to rediscover it. I’m continually inspired by the strength, resilience, and creativity demonstrated in the life stories of the people I work with, and consider it a privilege to be invited to walk alongside them for a chapter or two. I feel it’s through supportive relationships that we foster growth and understanding about ourselves; and so I strive to create a safe, judgement free space for clients to explore both their inner world and their connection to the world around them. Together we’ll identify and tackle the obstacles keeping you from enjoying the life you envision for yourself.
