I bring over 20 years of experience to my work, including extensive experience in mental health outpatient services. When someone enters my virtual office, my goal is to fully understand their situation so that we can work collaboratively toward meaningful and realistic goals. Together, we explore both inner experiences—such as thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.
I also have experience working in mental health outpatient services as a family therapist, supporting family members and loved ones of individuals living with severe mental illness. This specialized support continues to be available through my private practice.
I draw from approaches such as CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while also emphasizing the simple yet profound tools of listening. Together as client and therapist we explore each individual’s, couple’s, or family’s unique life story.
