Some of the ways I work with my clients include: talk therapy (interpersonal therapy), experiential therapy (body psychotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, visualization and creative art therapy) and energy work (reiki and chakra work). Often it is a combination of the above tools that provide the best long-term results.
Prior to this work, I had a demanding, corporate position and understand the challenges of finding balance in this type of environment. I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Spiritual Director and second degree reiki practitioner and have volunteer experience with individuals with addictions, mental health issues and hospice care.
